Bachmann 32-678DS Class 45 D55 Royal Signals BR Green DCC Sound OO Gauge

Bachmann Branch-Line 32-678DS Class 45 diesel locomotive D55 "Royal Signals" in BR green, OO Gauge. Appears in great overall cosmetic condition. The box has some storage wear as pictured. Tested on a DC controller - lights illuminate and the locomotive attempts to move, but is very stiff. Sound did not operate during testing.

It may simply require a service or other relatively straightforward attention, but can't confirm myself as not an expert. Please see photos for the exact cosmetic condition and contents.
