Bachmann 32-801 Class 47 diesel 1764, 2-tone BR green, DCC Ready, lights, boxed

A Bachmann OO gauge 32-801 Co-Co Class 47 (Brush Type 4) diesel locomotive number 1764 in British Railways 2-tone green livery with full yellow end panels and the late BR crest on the sides. It has alphanumeric destination codes. The model is very well detailed and features windscreen wipers, sprung buffers, wire handrails & grab handles, etched rooftop grilles with realistic red cooling fans beneath them and a driver in the cab.

It is in excellent condition with no marks or damage. All buffer heads, coupling hooks and detailing are in place.

On the track, it is DCC ready so just needs a decoder plugging in to be compatible with digital layouts. It runs well in both directions. It is fitted with directional lighting including illuminated destination codes to the front and twin red marker lights to the rear. Rear lights can be disabled with a switch under the fuel tank.

It is supplied in its original box complete with interior packing block, vanity card and a detail pack.
