DCC Sound BACHMANN OO Gauge 32-801DS Class 47'D1746' British Railways Two-Tone Green With Yellow Panels. Thank you for viewing our listing for this OO. Gauge model of the Class 47. It carries the running number D1746 and is presented in British Railways two-tone green with small yellow panels to the ends.
Being an early example, it has four-character headcode boxes in each nose, with either end displaying a different number. The loco is factory DCC sound fitted with the address set to #3 - it will run on analogue layouts as well but the sounds will NOT play, therefore digital control is essential. The model features a plastic body on a die-cast chassis.
This is the first generation of Bachmann 47 but it still holds up well. It features illuminated headcode panels and taillights. The loco is presented in excellent, used condition and has been test run to ensure proper operation. The additional detailing parts and instructions are included. It's worth noting that the roof fans are unfitted as standard but are included in the detailing pack.
The box is in good condition with some shelf wear and writing on the sticker. Please view all of the images to help gain a better understanding of any damaged areas. This is a lovely early example of a ubiquitous class of loco with the added benefit of DCC sound. It would make a great addition to your layout!

I've spent many, many hours working on model railway layouts at home, being roped-in by my dad at a young age! I also have a passion for cars and used to collect 1:18 scale examples. It's been exciting so far (and a steep learning curve) and I look forward to where it might end up. I commit to reusing packaging where I can to lessen any impact, and using options such as paper packing tape.
