4000 "Big Boy" HO Gauge Trix H0 - Item No. 4015 as it looked around 1960. The largest H0 steam locomotive from Trix: scale length 465 mm / 18-5/16.

Metal frame, boiler, and tender. Weight over 1,200 grams / 2 lb. Powerful can motor with a bell-shaped armature and a flywheel, in the boiler.

Built-in DCC decoder with a sound effects generator. RP 25 wheel profiles and Kadee-compatible coupler installed a the factory. This item is mint, you will not find one in better condition.

It had never been opened before, and you can see the original tape seal in the photos which I removed just to inspect and photograph the contents. Box is also in excellent condition with barely any shelf wear at all. Wood display box is also mint!

Easily disassembled for use, but I did not want to disturb this any further as it's a real time capsule.
