O Gauge, 7mm, Finescale, 700 Class Steam Locomotive, Early southern DCC Ready
Built from what is a very accuarte Sansparenli Brass and white metal kit, to an exceptional standard, painted, finished in black southern livery with a moderate weathering which seems appropriate for the period, this is a very well finished model to exacting Finescale standards. The model features a sueth smoke unit, Flickering smoke box unit and 4ohm 2 watt speaker, connected to a DCC board, presently with a blanking plug, a few wires soldered and a DCC chip will convert this from a RTR DC model to a complete functioning DCC version, matching a standard functioning pattern on a DCC controller, with just a little effort.
As it is, this stunning loco negotiates all of pecos' point work, and I would imagine quite tight proprietors set curves, though this is untested. The model features quite a long list of slaters extras including. Sprung Pick Ups, on all the driving wheels. Slaters SG29 3 step gear box and motor (canon). Purpose built box lined with foam and finished in black felt to store the model securely and safely.
All in all a lovely little loco that will be equally at home on the layout or on display. This item is in the category "Collectables\Model Railways & Trains\Railways & Trains\Locomotives".
